What is an npc account?
An npc account is an account that is used to play a character played by nobody. Basically, the npc accounts control the npc characters, who don't belong to anybody. Technically, it's only me or one of the other staff members that play them.
What do they do?
The purpose of npc accounts is to throw a wrench into the mix when it comes to roleplaying. Sometimes, an npc account will post in a roleplay thread and post something. Most of the npc accounts are things like DFA raiders or the police; large groups of authority figures.
Do I have to listen to them?
Yes, you do! You have to respond to what they say and not just ignore them. You don't have to let them arrest you or anything, and you can get rid of them in one post in you'd like. Just don't ignore them.
