The Invalids
The invalids are those that have fled the city and live in the wilds. Most of the citizens don't know they exist, although many, uncured especially, suspect they do. The DFA likes to pretend they aren't real.
Once in a while they stage protests. Usually this involves somehow disrupting evaluations and/or procedures. They have, for examples, released herds of cows in the labs where the Cure is performed.
Some invalids were born in the wilds. These invalids often live undercover in the cities because the government doesn't know they are invalids; there are no records of someone matching their description fleeing the city because such an event never happened.
The invalids are working hard towards a way to reverse the procedure. They sometimes capture Cured to experiment and further this research.
The Deliria is common among invalids because invalids embrace it, even desire it.
